The Export Street Complex contains 2 large buildings each comprising of 2 Warehouse Units with 2-storey offices in each building.

Building A covers 10,500m2 and Building B, being the largest of the two, covers 18,600m2. The full steel fabrication for both buildings totalled 716.9 tonnes.
